Facilo raises 6.4 billion yen to launch AI-driven real estate services

Facilo, a Tokyo-based real estate technology company, has announced it raised 6.4 billion yen in funding from venture capitalists. Alongside this capital injection, the company has acquired the proptech firm Collabit and launched three new AI-driven services designed to support real estate brokerage operations.

The new AI products include an ‘AI Agent for Simple Investigation’, an ‘AI-Driven CRM’, and an ‘AI-Driven Converter’. These tools aim to automate repetitive administrative tasks, such as retrieving registry information and generating property assessment reports. CEO Hiroshi Ichikawa stated that implementing this full suite of services could reduce the time real estate agents spend on routine paperwork by half, allowing them to focus more on client communication.

Facilo’s platform currently serves over 13,260 users and maintains a monthly churn rate of 0.16%. By integrating Collabit’s ‘HowMa’ service, which provides automated property price estimation, Facilo intends to further strengthen its support for the growing second-hand housing market.
