Faculty of Civil Engineering celebrates 77th anniversary in North Macedonia

The Faculty of Civil Engineering at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje is celebrating its 77th anniversary. Vesna Janevska, the Minister of Education and Science, highlighted the institution's significant contribution to the development of North Macedonia through generations of engineers who are recognized both domestically and internationally.

Janevska noted that the faculty is successfully integrating global trends such as digital transformation, green transition, and climate change adaptation into its curriculum. Through scientific research and participation in European initiatives, the faculty aims to bridge the gap between science, innovation, and practical application. The Ministry of Education and Science pledged continued support to ensure the faculty maintains high academic standards and meets European quality benchmarks to prepare professionals for 21st-century challenges.
