Facundo Aldrighetti claims TC2000 pole in Toay

Facundo Aldrighetti secured pole position during the Q2 qualifying session for the sixth round of the 2026 TC2000 tournament in Toay. Driving the Honda ZR-V for Honda YPF Racing, Aldrighetti recorded a lap time of 1:14.402.

The performance set a new speed reference for the SUV category in the tournament. The vehicle maintained an average speed of 201.962 km/h and reached a top speed of 271 km/h on the main straight. This surpasses the previous average speed record for the SUV stage, previously held by Franco Vivian, who averaged 192.164 km/h.
