Faenza hosts traditional pastry week with bakery promotions

Faenza is hosting the ‘Settimana della Ciambella’ (Donut Week) from September 14 to September 19, 2026. Organized by the Confcommercio Faenza Artisan Bakers Syndicate, the initiative aims to promote the traditional Romagnolo pastry.

During the week, ten participating bakeries will offer the ciambella at half price. The event concludes on Saturday, September 19, with the 21st edition of the ‘Camminata del Cuore’ (Walk of the Heart), a non-competitive walk organized by the ODV Amici della Cardiologia Faenza. The walk will start at Piazza della Legna and end at the Auser field in via S. Orsola, where a snack will be provided by the participating bakers and supporters.
