Fake doctor Andrea Sánchez Antelo placed on Europol's most-wanted list

Europol has added 32‑year‑old Andrea Sánchez Antelo to its European most‑wanted list for practising medicine without a licence and falsifying official documents. The Spanish woman worked at a clinic in A Coruña and a geriatric centre in Lugo, providing treatments and even issuing death certificates while posing as a qualified doctor.

She is charged with professional intrusion, document fraud and fraud, and faces a potential sentence of three and a half years in prison. A court in Lugo issued a European arrest warrant after she failed to appear for her scheduled trial.
