Falcón State announces first regional seismic emergency drill

The Regional Directorate of Civil Protection and Disaster Administration in Falcón State has announced the First Regional Seismic Event Drill. Scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, starting at 9:00 a.m., the exercise will take place simultaneously across various points in the territory.

The drill aims to strengthen citizen prevention and response culture regarding potential seismic emergencies. The initiative is open to individuals, legal entities, educational institutions, health centers, and both public and private sector organizations. Authorities intend to provide behavioral, physical, and emotional tools to help the population react with order and efficiency during an earthquake.
