Falconara Marittima citizens demand RFI updates on station accessibility

Maurizio Bevilacqua, promoter of the ‘Senza Ostacoli’ civic petition in Falconara Marittima, has sent a formal request to Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) seeking updates on planned interventions to remove architectural barriers at the local station.

The petition, which has gathered nearly 1,400 signatures, aims to address accessibility issues that hinder movement between platforms for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. Bevilacqua is requesting concrete clarification regarding the design and timeline for these necessary improvements.
