Fallout: New Vegas receives massive free mod with 1,000 new quests on GOG

A total‑conversion mod titled “Fallout – New California” has been released on the Good Old Games (GOG) platform. The mod is offered as a free download but requires the Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, which is also sold on GOG. It brings a new open‑world experience to the post‑apocalyptic Las Vegas setting.

Separately, modder Coldtyrant has added more than 1,000 procedurally generated radiant quests to Fallout: New Vegas. New notice‑board locations across the Mojave provide regional and global tasks for characters of varying levels, extending gameplay well beyond the original campaign and giving veteran players fresh objectives.

Both mods aim to revitalize the classic RPG by expanding its content and encouraging long‑term exploration of the game’s world.
