Fallow restaurant founders acquire London's Oxo Tower Restaurant

The founders of the London restaurant Fallow—James Robinson, Jack Croft, and Will Murray—have acquired the Oxo Tower Restaurant on London’s South Bank. The acquisition follows the sale of the department store Harvey Nichols, which previously owned the landmark establishment.

The trio, known for their sustainability-focused approach at Fallow and Roe, expressed a desire to preserve the Art Deco landmark's character. Robinson stated that the group intends to “empower the current team” initially, with plans to introduce changes and “bring some additional character and energy back to this wonderful site” from 2027 onwards.

Located on the eighth floor, the Oxo Tower Restaurant is noted for its views over the Thames and St Paul’s. While the site is an iconic London location, it has historically faced critical reviews regarding its culinary offerings.
