Faloon Larraguibel files legal complaint against Kaoto for threats

Faloon Larraguibel has initiated legal action against Carlos Águila, known as “Kaoto,” following threats made during the reality program “Volverías con tu ex? 2.” Larraguibel’s lawyer, Lya Rojas, stated that the complaint focuses on expressions considered a serious and credible threat to Larraguibel’s physical and sexual integrity.

The legal action follows an incident where Águila directed an explicit sexual threat toward Larraguibel. The defense emphasized that the threat is particularly disturbing due to the prior personal relationship and proximity between the two individuals. Despite Águila offering apologies, the legal team confirmed they will not withdraw the complaint, which has been filed with a gender-based approach. The lawyer has requested urgent precautionary measures, including a prohibition on Águila approaching the victim and a travel ban.

In a separate context related to her participation in the same program, Larraguibel addressed her personal relationships, confirming she maintains no contact with her former partners, including Jean Paul Pineda and Karol Lucero.
