Falstaff Restaurant Guide Italia 2027 released

The Falstaff Restaurant Guide Italia 2027 has been released, marking the first national guide from Falstaff Italia dedicated to the country's dining landscape. The guide features over 3,000 establishments, including restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias, spanning all Italian regions. Lombardy contains the highest number of selected locations, followed by Tuscany, Veneto, Piedmont, and Trentino-Alto Adige.

In the pizzeria category, evaluations are based on a 100-point scale, with 60 points allocated to food quality, 20 to service, and 20 to style. Top-tier establishments can earn up to four daisies. Notable winners include Confine in Milan, recognized for innovative fine-dining pizza techniques, and Officine del Cibo in Rome, noted for its use of stone-ground flour and long fermentation.

In the Campania region, I Masanielli by Francesco Martucci and Cambia-Menti by Ciccio Vitiello were both highlighted for their use of seasonal ingredients and light doughs.
