Multiple traffic accidents reported across Turkey and Cyprus

Multiple traffic accidents across Turkey and Cyprus have resulted in several injuries and one fatality.

In Turkey, a series of collisions occurred in various regions. In Kırıkkale, a motorcycle crashed into a traffic sign, leaving the driver in serious condition. In Samsun, a collision between a motorcycle and a car left two people injured, with one in critical condition; local officials have called for improved signaling at the site. Another accident on the Samsun-Ordu highway involved three vehicles, resulting in two injuries. In Erzurum, a collision between a motorhome and a jeep injured six people. In Bolu, a commercial vehicle crashed on the TEM highway, injuring three people. Additionally, a long-standing case in Sivas remains unresolved after 114 days, as authorities continue to search for a teenager swept away in a river following a high-speed vehicle rollover.

In Famagusta, Cyprus, two separate accidents involving an electric moped and a motorcycle left two drivers in intensive care. One driver was arrested following the motorcycle collision.
