Famema announces 120 free spots for 2027 Medicine and Nursing exams

The Faculdade de Medicina de Marília (Famema) has released the official notice for its 2027 entrance examination, offering 120 free spots in its Medicine and Nursing programs. Organized by Fundação Vunesp, the selection process is for full-time, in-person courses located in Marília, São Paulo.

Of the total vacancies, 80 are for Medicine, which is a six-year program. All 80 Medicine spots will be filled through this specific entrance exam, with 68 spots for the general classification list and 12 allocated to the Pimesp program. The Nursing program offers 40 spots for a four-year course; 34 will be filled via the Famema exam, while the remaining six are designated for the Unified Selection System (Sisu).

Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the Vunesp system between September 29 and October 23, 2026. The registration fee is R$ 210, payable via bank slip. The single-phase examination is scheduled for November 20, 2026, and will be administered in seven cities across the state of São Paulo.
