Family alleges medical malpractice after death of 3-year-old in Argentina

The child's father, Matías Villalba, has denounced alleged medical malpractice, claiming the child was sent home after an initial diagnosis of mild gastritis despite showing severe symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea.

According to the family, Tayron's condition worsened significantly during the night, requiring him to return to the hospital. He was hospitalized and passed away shortly after. The family has filed a complaint and is requesting a formal investigation into the medical care provided to determine the circumstances of his death.
