Family Bike Rallies Held in Stare Babice and Gorzyca, Poland

The Gmina Stare Babice municipal sports centre is organising a free family bike rally on 20 June 2026. The ride starts at 10:00 from Plac Chopina in Borzęcin Duży and follows a route through Koczargi Stare, Izabelin, Truskaw, Zaborów Leśny and Mariew, ending around 13:00. Up to 200 participants, including adults and children (under 15 only with an adult), may register on‑line or on the day. Riders are asked to bring safety gear such as reflective vests and basic repair tools.

In the neighbouring Lubin county, the village of Gorzyca will host its own municipal bike rally on 6 June. Temporary road closures will affect the internal road alongside the local sports field, with police directing traffic. The event includes a family picnic and on‑site registration for those who have not signed up beforehand. Organisers ask drivers to exercise caution during the rally hours.
