Hulu has released the trailer for the upcoming Family Guy Halloween special, titled ‘Happy Hell-o-ween,’ which is scheduled to premiere on October 5, 2026. The episode will be available on Hulu and via Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the United States, with international streaming available on Disney+.

The plot follows characters Brian and Stewie as they travel to the underworld to answer for twenty-four seasons of bad behavior. This release is part of a continuing trend of standalone holiday specials produced by 20th Television Animation for streaming services. It will be followed later this year by a Christmas special titled ‘The Peter Clause.’
