Family of child dancer refuses rescheduled appearance on Domingão com Huck

The family of Romeu, a 7-year-old dancer, has refused to reschedule his appearance on the TV Globo program ‘Domingão com Huck’ following a last-minute cancellation. The decision comes after more than two months of preparation, including managing legal permits, school schedules, and rehearsals.

According to the family, they received flight tickets and hotel confirmations on Tuesday morning, only to be informed three hours later that the participation would be rescheduled. The parents stated they prioritized the child's emotional well-being, noting the difficulty of explaining the sudden change to a young child after being instructed by the production to build his expectations for the performance.
