Family of Łukasz Litewka seeks answers six months after death

Six months after the death of social activist and parliamentarian Łukasz Litewka, his father, Zdzisław Litewka, has expressed deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing investigation. The family alleges that prosecutors have focused exclusively on a single theory—that the death was an accidental traffic incident—while failing to investigate other potential circumstances.

Zdzisław Litewka has criticized the lack of communication from investigators and expressed concerns regarding potential external pressures influencing the case. While the District Prosecutor's Office in Sosnowiec defended the proceedings, noting a change in prosecutors due to personal absence, the family remains skeptical of the authorities' diligence.

In addition to the legal struggle, the family is navigating internal conflicts regarding the #TeamLitewka Foundation. Due to management disputes involving Maciej Adamiec, the family has established a new organization, the Łukasz Litewka Foundation, to continue the deceased's work without political or personal interference.
