Fancy Gadam discloses GH¢120,000 payment to Sarkodie

Musician Fancy Gadam revealed in a Joy Prime interview that he paid rapper Sarkodie GH¢120,000 for a performance at his 2017 concert. Gadam noted that while the amount was difficult to raise at the time, he does not regret the expenditure.

According to Gadam, the negotiations were handled by his manager rather than himself. He initially expected the collaboration might be free due to the long-standing relationship between his manager and Sarkodie. However, the payment was made to secure the rapper's appearance. Gadam stated that Sarkodie's involvement provided significant professional exposure and helped open new doors for his career.
