Fantasy Football IDP Week 7 rankings and start/sit advice

Fantasy football analysts have released individual defensive player (IDP) rankings, streamers, and start/sit recommendations for Week 7 of the 2026 NFL season.

Following a successful Week 6 where recommendations achieved a 76.9% hit rate, analysts are evaluating player matchups to assist fantasy managers with lineup decisions. Notable performers from the previous week included George Karlaftis and Jamien Sherwood, both of whom scored over 27 fantasy points.

The analysis also addresses the performance of Travis Hunter. Despite a recent 23.9 point performance, concerns remain regarding his offensive snap share, which reached a season-high of 12.7% but remains below the levels required to sustain top-tier fantasy value through offensive usage alone.
