Fantic and Corratec unveil new high-performance e-MTB models for 2027
Several manufacturers are expanding their electric mountain bike (e-MTB) portfolios for the 2027 season, focusing on high-performance enduro and trail models with carbon frames and high-torque motors.
Fantic has introduced the Rhapsody 2027, an enduro-focused e-MTB featuring a full carbon frame and 180 mm of travel. The bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX Gen5 motor, capable of delivering up to 120 Nm of torque. It includes an integrated 800 Wh battery, which can be expanded to 1,050 Wh with an additional 250 Wh range extender.
Corratec is launching the E-Power RS C series, a carbon-frame e-MTB with 160 mm of rear travel. These models utilize the Avinox M2S drive system, which provides up to 150 Nm of torque in boost mode. Both versions feature an integrated 800 Wh battery. The high-end Factory variant includes premium components such as Fox Factory suspension, SRAM GX AXS electronic shifting, and SRAM Maven Silver brakes.
