Far East Organization unveils The Serra Residences in Singapore

Far East Organization has announced the unveiling of The Serra Residences, a new 28-storey freehold residential development located in the Novena district of Singapore. Situated on Bassein Road, the 133-unit project is built on a 51,396 sqft freehold site.

The development features mountain-inspired biophilic architecture and is designed to maximize privacy by elevating residences above street level starting from the fourth floor. Amenities include a 50m lap pool, a full-sized tennis court, and integrated gardens.

Guide prices for the development start from $3,120 psf, with a 710 sqft two-bedroom unit with a study starting at $2.22 million. The project is noted as Novena’s first Gross Floor Area (GFA)-harmonised freehold development.
