Far West Fest 2.0 to return to Quartaccio, Rome

The second edition of Far West Fest 2.0, themed ‘Culture that moves, Community that grows’, will take place in the Quartaccio district of Rome from September 12 to 27, 2026. Organized by Zip Zone APS, the festival aims to transform the periphery into a hub for cultural production, participation, and social inclusion.

The event features a variety of free activities, including theater, music, open mic sessions, and workshops. A key component of the festival is the artistic residencies, where performers work closely with the local community to create original shows, which are then presented during a final three-weekend showcase.

Scheduled to occur at Piazza del Colonnato – La Centrale and Parco Fratelli Grimm, the festival seeks to utilize public spaces to foster dialogue between artists and residents, promoting urban regeneration and collective growth.
