Faraday Future regains Nasdaq compliance and advances robotics business
Faraday Future (FF) has officially regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. CEO YT Jia stated that this milestone strengthens the company's foundation in U.S. capital markets, facilitating the introduction of strategic investors and the rebuilding of shareholder value.
In its robotics division, the company has completed the 1.0 version of its self-developed universal teleoperation and multi-robot control platform. This technology focuses on long-distance remote operation and heterogeneous multi-robot control. FF's robotics solutions have also been updated for use in security and inspection scenarios, such as factories and commercial facilities.
To expand its industrial ecosystem, FF plans to host two "Built in USA" partner recruitment conferences on August 26 and September 28, targeting both upstream and downstream partners. Additionally, the company is executing a capital value restoration campaign, having set a minimum conversion price of $5 per share for existing convertible notes to stabilize its capital structure. FF is scheduled to hold its second-quarter earnings call on August 13.
