Faraday Future reports record robotics growth and launches nationwide EAI education program

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI), a California‑based Embodied AI (EAI) ecosystem company, said its operating fundamentals are at their strongest ever after focusing on its EAI robotics strategy. Founder and Global CEO YT Jia delivered a weekly investor update, announcing the graduation of the FF EAI Robotics Summer Camp held with Lynwood and El Segundo school districts and unveiling an EAI‑EDU nationwide replication at‑scale plan with partners Sequoia Education and Triple I.

The company also warned of a potential Nasdaq delisting risk after ten consecutive trading days with the share price at or below $0.10, prompting a reverse‑stock‑split plan. It reported that robot shipments from March to June reached 242 units, surpassing its 220‑unit target, and raised its full‑year delivery goal from 1,500 to 2,000 units. Management outlined steps to address historic debt, high‑cost convertible financing, and to unlock the capital value of its robotics business.
