Farizon partners with Europcar for electric van replacement service

Farizon, a subsidiary of Geely Holding Group, has partnered with Europcar Mobility Group UK to provide a vehicle replacement service for its customers. The initiative aims to maintain brand experience and customer satisfaction by ensuring minimal downtime for electric van users.

Under the agreement, if a customer’s vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, Europcar will provide a replacement Farizon SV electric van within two days of the incident. This service will remain active for the duration of the vehicle’s warranty, which is four years or 120,000 miles for the SV model and five years or 120,000 miles for the V7E model.

The partnership integrates with Farizon’s existing support network, which includes roadside assistance from the AA and next-day parts supply via DHL. Europcar will maintain a fleet of Farizon SV L1H1 models at strategic locations across the UK to facilitate swift delivery and collection.
