Corporate executives and funds execute significant stock transactions

Several corporate executives and investment funds have engaged in significant stock transactions according to recent SEC filings.

John Oyler, CEO of BeOne Medicines Ltd., has executed multiple large-scale stock sales throughout June, July, and August 2026. These transactions, many conducted under pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, involved hundreds of thousands of shares at various price points, significantly reducing his total ownership stake.

Other notable insider activity includes Evan Pickering, General Counsel of AppFolio, Inc., who disposed of 727 shares in August 2026. This included 264 shares withheld for tax liabilities following the vesting of restricted stock units and 463 shares sold via a Rule 10b5-1 plan. Additionally, Omada Health, Inc.
