Faronics releases Deep Freeze Mac compatible with macOS 27 Golden Gate

Faronics has released Deep Freeze Mac 7.90, a version fully compatible with Apple’s macOS 27 Golden Gate. The software provides disk protection by reverting the operating system, programs, data, and settings to their original state upon a computer restart.

This technology is designed to protect against cyberattacks, phishing, zero-day threats, and accidental changes. By automating the restoration of the original configuration, the software aims to reduce IT support costs and the need for time-consuming hard drive imaging.

Customers using the Faronics Cloud can deploy the update immediately under existing subscriptions. On-premises users require a new license key, which is available through the customer center for those with active maintenance or via the German distributor, Giritech.
