Farouk Gaafar discusses Seif crisis at Zamalek

Former Zamalek star Farouk Gaafar has addressed the ongoing crisis involving player Seif, stating he only became involved in the matter a week ago. Gaafar expressed surprise at the club's sudden desire to have the player leave—either through a mutual agreement or a loan—despite Seif being registered on the first team list.

Gaafar noted that the timing of the club's decision is illogical, as most teams have already finalized their rosters and Zamalek is currently facing registration issues. He mentioned that he has reached out to Zamalek President Hussein Labib to clarify the player's status but has not yet received a definitive answer regarding who made the decision to move the player.

Additionally, Gaafar highlighted concerns regarding Seif's training regimen. The player is reportedly training alone at 1:00 PM rather than with the squad. Gaafar claimed the player was instructed not to arrive at the training grounds before 1:00 PM to avoid incurring extra costs for the club, as if a separate team were training.
