Farsley developers to transform former Lloyds centre into 120 homes

Developers have received council approval to transform a former Lloyds Banking Group data and call centre in Farsley into 120 affordable homes. The project, a collaboration between Breck Homes and Lloyds, is scheduled to begin on-site in November and aims for completion by December 2029.

The brownfield development on Cote Lane will consist of a mixture of one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments and houses intended for shared ownership and affordable rent. In addition to residential units, the project will include investments in existing children's play facilities. Breck Homes is currently in discussions with a nominated housing provider to acquire the site upon completion.
