Faruk Peker claims ongoing harassment by neighbors in Muğla village

Veteran Yeşilçam actor Faruk Peker, best known for his role as Cemil in the 1982 film İffet, says his quiet life in a mountain village in the Köyceğiz district of Muğla has turned into a nightmare. He alleges that three women, including a 75‑year‑old neighbor, have repeatedly harassed him, describing the situation as "terror" and "constant harassment." Peker shared the accusations on his YouTube channel and warned that he no longer feels safe in his home.

The actor, who has lived away from the public eye for years, said the ongoing dispute with his neighbors has left him without peace and has raised broader concerns about personal security in the community.
