Fasano announces 2026 youth sports merit scholarships

The Municipality of Fasano has launched a public call for the ‘Youth Sports Merit Award 2026’. The initiative aims to recognize young athletes who have demonstrated excellence in both competitive sports and academic studies during 2025.

The program offers three scholarships, each valued at 500 euros, for residents of Fasano under the age of 18. To be eligible, applicants must have been registered in 2025 with a National Sports Federation (FSN), an Associated Sports Discipline (DSA), or a Sports Promotion Body (EPS) recognized by CONI or CIP.

Evaluations will be based on two criteria: competitive results from 2025, which account for up to 70 points, and academic performance for the 2024/2025 school year, accounting for up to 30 points. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on November 13, 2026, via hand delivery to the Fasano Protocol Office or through certified email (PEC).
