Fashion and corporate initiatives support breast cancer research

Various organizations are utilizing fashion and corporate engagement to fund breast cancer research and awareness during October.

In New Zealand, the charity Breast Cancer Cure is hosting its Fashion for a Cure series. This includes an upcoming event in Marlborough featuring a runway presentation by designer Juliette Hogan. The organization has funded over $12 million in research grants over nearly three decades. Similarly, the Australian label Camilla and Marc has raised more than A$2.5 million for ovarian cancer research through its slogan tee campaign.

In the United Kingdom, the Kudos Blends team participated in the Wear It Pink campaign to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now. The initiative encourages supporters to wear pink to show solidarity with those affected by the disease and to fund vital research and support services.
