Fashion retailers Norah and e5 announce Belgian expansions
Fashion retailers Norah and e5 are launching expansion efforts within Belgium.
Dutch brand Norah plans to return to the Belgian market with its first new store opening in Hasselt in April 2027. Following a strategic withdrawal from Belgium in 2026, the company aims to establish a network of 20 to 25 stores across Flanders to achieve necessary market scale. The Hasselt location will also serve as the company’s Belgian head office.
Simultaneously, the Flemish fashion chain e5 is expanding into the French-speaking Wallonia region. After closing its Walloon locations in 2020, the retailer is opening its first new store in Waterloo. This move follows a successful relaunch and growth period in Flanders, where the company currently operates 59 stores.
