Fatal accidents reported in Zlín and Příbram regions

Two separate fatal accidents have been reported in the Czech Republic.

In the Zlín region, near Malenovice and Lhotá, a car carrying five people crashed into a tree during the early hours of Sunday. One passenger died at the scene despite resuscitation efforts by emergency services. The remaining four occupants were hospitalized, with one person suffering serious injuries and three others sustaining minor injuries.

In the Příbram region, a boy died following a quad bike accident on a forest road in the Jince area on Saturday afternoon. The boy, born in 2012, was operating the vehicle when the accident occurred. A second boy, born in 2011, sustained minor injuries and was treated at Motol Hospital. Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident.
