Fatal motorcycle accidents reported in Argentina and the United States
Two separate fatal traffic accidents involving motorcycles have been reported in Argentina and the United States.
In Banfield, Argentina, a 25-year-old motorcyclist died following a collision with a Line 51 bus on Hipólito Yrigoyen Avenue. The accident occurred early Wednesday morning at the intersection of Yrigoyen and Vieytes. The bus driver has been detained and is under investigation by the UFI 10 of Lomas de Zamora for involuntary manslaughter.
In Greensboro, North Carolina, a motorcyclist identified as Tre'Shaun Moyer died from injuries sustained in a collision with a Guilford County Sheriff's Office vehicle. The accident occurred on August 24 at the intersection of NC 68 and Albert Pick Road. Preliminary investigations suggest the motorcyclist attempted a left turn without a protected signal and may not have yielded to the official vehicle. Moyer passed away on September 11.
