Fatal traffic accidents reported in Bodrum and İnegöl

Two separate fatal traffic accidents have been reported in Turkey. In the Bodrum district of Muğla, 79-year-old Fatma Özer died after being struck by a motorcycle while attempting to cross the road near the Jandarma Junction on Kıbrıs Şehitleri Avenue. The motorcycle driver, identified as U. Y., was also injured in the collision. Security camera footage captured the moment of impact, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.

In the İnegöl district of Bursa, 17-year-old Muhammed Beşir Açıkgöz lost his life following a collision between a car and a motorcycle inside the Hikmet Şahin Kültürparkı. The accident occurred around 23:30 when the motorcycle, operated by Açıkgöz, collided with a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Narmin O. Firefighters extracted Açıkgöz from beneath the car, but medical teams confirmed he had passed away. The driver has been taken into custody, and an investigation is underway.
