Two separate fatal incidents of violence have been reported in Argentina and France.
In the province of Buenos Aires, 23-year-old entrepreneur Elías Ojeda Vázquez was killed during a motorcycle robbery in the district of José C. Paz. According to local reports, two individuals disguised as delivery workers intercepted Vázquez as he was returning from a gym session. Surveillance footage captured the encounter, showing that as Vázquez attempted to flee on his motorcycle—which he used for his online delivery business—one of the assailants shot him in the back.
In France, a 31-year-old man identified as Étienne D. died following an assault in Puteaux. The incident occurred on the night of August 23-24 near the La Défense area. Surveillance cameras showed a suspect following the victim onto the François Coty footbridge before stealing his backpack and phone.
