When these advertisements are blocked, the perpetrators reportedly create new domain names to continue the attack.

Technical analysis suggests the use of encrypted parameters and specific domain extensions to track user traffic and automate redirects. Evidence regarding domain names and server infrastructure indicates that the campaign may be operated from sources outside of Türkiye. Official records confirm that Karahan remains in his role, and no dismissal has been announced in the Official Gazette or through official Central Bank communication channels.
