Fatima Zahra Mansouri addresses youth migration and political alliances
Fatima Zahra Mansouri, National Coordinator of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), has addressed recent social and political tensions in Morocco. During a youth meeting in Marrakech, Mansouri expressed deep concern regarding the mass migration attempts of young Moroccans toward Ceuta, describing the sight of youth risking their lives in the sea as a serious indicator of domestic challenges. She stated that the party must review its methods of engaging with the younger generation to better meet their expectations.
Separately, Mansouri addressed escalating tensions with the National Rally of Independents (RNI). Following accusations from the RNI regarding the recruitment of its members, Mansouri expressed her disapproval of the allegations, calling them serious and unacceptable. She indicated that she personally would not pursue an alliance with the RNI should they lead the results of the upcoming legislative elections, though she noted that formal party alliances remain the decision of the PAM National Council.
