Fauda season 5 arrives on Netflix with new Marseille setting

The fifth season of the Israeli thriller series ‘Fauda’ has been released globally on Netflix. The new season consists of eleven episodes and was previously broadcast in Israel on the Yes channel in early 2026.

A notable shift in this installment is the setting, with a portion of the action moving to Marseille, France. The plot follows events occurring two years after the timeline of 2023.

Since its debut, the series has achieved significant international popularity, reaching the top 10 in 43 countries. The fifth season has already reached the number one spot in both Israel and Lebanon, and is currently charting at number four in non-English-speaking territories, marking its highest position to date.
