Favela Seguros expands job opportunities to 11 Brazilian states
Favela Seguros is expanding its national presence in Brazil, opening unlimited job opportunities for residents of favelas and peripheral areas across 11 states. Building on existing operations in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the initiative is now extending to Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Pernambuco, Piauí, and Rio Grande do Sul.
Created by Favela Holding and MAG Seguros, with social support from the Central Única das Favelas (CUFA), the program aims to promote financial inclusion and local economic development. The initiative offers free training courses to prepare participants for professional certification required by Susep, enabling them to work as microinsurance brokers.
Available roles include local team leaders, training leaders, and sales representatives. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, and be available to work as independent contractors (MEI) or freelancers. No prior experience in the insurance sector is required.
