FAW Hongqi launches G919 luxury off-road SUV

FAW Hongqi has officially launched the G919, a new mid-to-large luxury hard-core SUV. The vehicle is available in three configurations, with prices starting at 349,800 yuan and reaching 429,800 yuan for the top-tier limited edition.

The G919 features a 2.0T extended-range system with four-motor drive, producing a combined power of 620 kW and 1,320 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 280 km and a total combined range of 1,350 km.

Designed for off-road capability, the SUV utilizes a non-load-bearing architecture with high torsional stiffness and is equipped with mechanical differential locks. The interior includes dual 17.3-inch screens powered by the 8295P chip, supporting AI large model interactions, and features luxury amenities such as a built-in refrigerator and Dynaudio speakers.
