Fawry and Solutions CDS launch Tap N Pay and Odoo integration

Fawry, an Egyptian fintech company, has partnered with Creative Digital Solutions (CDS)—an authorized Odoo Gold Partner—to launch a direct integration between the Tap N Pay application and the Odoo business management system.

The integration utilizes SoftPOS technology, enabling merchants to accept contactless payments via bank cards and electronic wallets using NFC-enabled smartphones or tablets, eliminating the need for traditional POS hardware. The solution automatically synchronizes payment data with Odoo, matching transactions with sales orders, invoices, and accounting entries to reduce manual data entry and human error.

This initiative aims to streamline operations for companies in the retail, wholesale, food and beverage, and manufacturing sectors in Egypt. The move aligns with the Central Bank of Egypt's vision to develop the national digital payment infrastructure and expand SoftPOS applications.
