FBI captures fugitive Gregory Henderson Jr. with alleged cartel ties

The FBI has captured Gregory Henderson Jr., a fugitive on the Ten Most Wanted list. Henderson, 46, is an alleged leader of a violent Indianapolis-based gang with ties to the Sinaloa Cartel.

He faces federal charges including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, money laundering, and conspiracy to engage in an animal fighting venture. Authorities allege his network distributed methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl throughout Indianapolis and the Midwest. Henderson had been evading arrest since a federal crackdown on his organization in August 2023.

FBI Director Kash Patel noted that Henderson’s arrest is the ninth capture of a Ten Most Wanted fugitive since the current administration took office, a rate he claims is more than double that of the previous administration.
