FBI secret operation labeled Biden corruption claims as Russian disinformation

Newly declassified documents released by the White House Government Transparency Task Force reveal a secret FBI operation codenamed “Round River.” The operation was reportedly designed to neutralize information regarding the Biden family and Ukrainian corruption during the 2020 election by labeling such claims as Russian disinformation.

According to the declassified files, the FBI and intelligence agencies received derogatory evidence concerning Joe Biden from 14 different informants. However, the bureau allegedly worked to dismiss this evidence by categorizing specific individuals as “conduits” of Russian disinformation.

A recovered spreadsheet identifies more than 60 organizations and individuals, dividing them into “conduits” and “targets.” The documents list conservative figures, including former Attorney General Bill Barr, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and various journalists, as conduits. Conversely, Democratic figures such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and George Soros are categorized as targets of the alleged Russian disinformation campaign.
