Fábio Jr. and Roupa Nova headline João Pessoa's Festa das Neves

The 2026 edition of the Festa de Nossa Senhora das Neves in João Pessoa, Paraíba, concluded on 5 August with a program at the Busto de Tamandaré. The municipal celebration marked the city’s 441st anniversary and featured a performance by the Companhia Municipal de Dança and the Banda 5 de Agosto, showcasing regional music and choreography.

After the opening acts, singer Fábio Jr. took the stage with new arrangements, a backing‑vocal quartet and a brass trio, delivering hits such as “Só Você” and “Alma Gêmea.” The night closed with a set by the veteran Brazilian group Roupa Nova, performing classics like “Whisky a Go‑Go” and “Anjo.” The event was organized by the João Pessoa city government.
