FC Annecy signs defender Jonathan Do Marcolino

FC Annecy has officially signed 20-year-old Gabonese international defender Jonathan Do Marcolino. The central defender joins the Ligue 2 club from Stade Rennais on a contract that runs until June 2029.

Do Marcolino, who joined the Rennes youth system in 2017, previously spent time with Laval and the Rennes reserve team. Last season, he gained experience on loan at Bourg-en-Bresse, where he made 22 appearances and scored a decisive goal against Valenciennes. He also brings international experience to Annecy, having participated in the Africa Cup of Nations with the Gabon national team.
