FC Barcelona faces goalkeeper selection dilemma

FC Barcelona manager Hansi Flick faces a critical decision regarding the team's goalkeeper position following an injury to primary keeper Joan Garcia. Garcia sustained a left knee injury during a match against Racing Santander and has been sidelined since.

While Garcia is expected to be ready for the league match against Getafe on October 10, Flick may opt for caution due to a demanding upcoming schedule, including a Champions League fixture against PSG and a La Liga match against Real Madrid. Dominik Livaković has performed well in Garcia's absence and during recent international duties with Croatia, making him a strong candidate to continue starting.

As the club evaluates its options, Wojciech Szczęsny appears to be excluded from immediate consideration for the starting lineup, raising questions about his future role in the squad.
