FC Barcelona reaches agreement with Club Brugge for winger Jesse Bisiwu

FC Barcelona pursued 18‑year‑old Belgian‑Ghanaian winger Jesse Bisiwu, submitting an initial €10 million offer that Club Brugge rejected. After further talks, the clubs reached a full agreement that includes performance‑related bonuses and a sell‑on clause, with the final fee expected to exceed the opening bid.

Bisiwu, whose contract runs until 2027, is slated to join Barcelona Atlètic and could also feature for the senior squad. Club Brugge aims to retain a percentage of any future sale, mirroring past deals such as Kaye Furo’s. Negotiations continue as both sides work out the remaining paperwork and medical examination.

The transfer is part of Barcelona’s broader strategy to strengthen its left‑wing options, following recent signings of Anthony Gordon and the pursuit of Karim Adeyemi.
